2-Year Warranty on AI-Box
At Boost CarTech, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet the highest performance and safety standards. That’s why we proudly offer a 2-year limited warranty on our flagship product, the AI-Box.
If your AI-Box experiences any manufacturing defect or functional issue within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your continued satisfaction and confidence in our technology.
Certified
All of our products come with a globally recognized Certificate of Compliance, confirming that they meet strict international safety and quality standards. We believe in transparency and reliability, and our certification is your assurance of excellence.
Warranty Coverage
Our 2-year limited warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Internal component malfunctions not caused by external factors
- Faults occurring under normal use and conditions as intended
If you believe your AI-Box qualifies for warranty service, please contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours.
Warranty Exclusions
Please note that our warranty does not cover issues resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect (e.g., exposure to water, physical damage)
- Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modifications
- Damage caused by external factors such as power surges or faulty third-party accessories
- Accidents, fire, natural disasters;
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that does not affect function
Refund & Return Policy – BoostCarTech
At BoostCarTech, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a return or refund request is necessary. To maintain fairness and clarity, we have established the following policy:
Submitting a Request
All refund or return requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@boostcartech.com.
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Supporting evidence or proof (such as photos or videos) showing the defect or reason for return
Timeframe
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your box.
Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refund or Replacement Options
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will be given the choice of:
- A refund of up to €25,-
- The shipment of a replacement box at no additional cost
Please note that no other compensation methods are available.
Approval Process
- All claims will be carefully reviewed by our customer support team.
- We may request additional information if the initial documentation provided is insufficient.
- BoostCarTech reserves the right to decline refund requests if the claim does not meet the above requirements.
Important Notes
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
